How to Use
Basic Steps
- Select Your Measurement System
- Click “Metric (kg/cm)” for kilograms and centimeters
- Click “Imperial (lb/in)” for pounds and inches
- The form will automatically adjust to your selection
- Choose Your Gender
- Click on “👨 Male” or “👩 Female”
- This selection is required as formulas vary by gender
- Enter Your Height
- For Metric: Type your height in centimeters (e.g., 175)
- For Imperial: Enter feet in the first box and inches in the second (e.g., 5 and 9)
- Add Current Weight (Optional)
- Enter your current weight to see your BMI
- Use the unit matching your system selection (kg or lb)
- Leave blank if you only want ideal weight calculations
- Enter Age (Optional)
- This field is available for reference, but doesn’t affect calculations
- Can be left empty
- Calculate Results
